The Grille at Quail Run is the place to dine by the glow of the kiva fireplace; refresh yourself after a spa treatment or sample Santa Fe’s spectacular sunsets from the terrace. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday while serving brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The Grille offers a diverse menu highlighting the unique cuisine of the region. Our classically trained Executive and Sous Chefs offer a tempting selection of food with the art, whimsy and vibrancy of Santa Fe. To ensure that you receive the premier level of service during your time with us, we ask that you call The Grille for reservations.
