Pam Serna
Pam Serna has been teaching yoga at Quail Run since 2014 and has been the recreation manager since 2016. She is a certified Yoga instructor, ACE personal trainer, and senior fitness specialist. She has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from UNLV. Pam has always been a movement specialist and aware of body mechanics since her early childhood days doing gymnastics. She understands the importance of functional movement so we can age gracefully and pian free. She loves sharing her passion of movement and working in a community that supports a healthy lifestyle. She found that at Quail Run and is inspired every day by everyone she works with. Her goal is to bring in the very best instructors/team and create a great wellness program. When Pam is not working, you will find her hiking, biking, backpacking, walking her dog, or at a yoga festival.

Leticia Lima
Leticia is a native of Brazil. Before moving to the United States, Leticia owned Studio Freestyle Training in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where she specialized in helping clients perform everyday activities. Leticia is always very meticulous and innovative in her techniques, and she ensures every exercise is performed safely and efficiently. She is a respected trainer with more than 23 years of experience in the field providing professional and friendly attention to her clients. Leticia says, "I always emphasize to my clients to be committed to do the work needed, to improve their health. You can't expect good results without putting in a good effort. I am a very optimistic person, and I believe my positive energy is felt and shared by my clients to keep them motivated."

Katherine is the proud Owner of Life Balance. She specializes in therapeutic water exercise, yoga, Pilates (mat and reformer), and personal training with an emphasis on functional movement. Trained in 2016, she has worked closely with chiropractors, learning rehabilitation exercises. Katherine is available Tuesday and Thursday mornings for 30-minute sessions or 55-minute sessions

Carla is a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist and is passionate about guiding individuals on a journey to discover their optimal best. Drawing from her experience as a registered dietitian, encompassing knowledge in positive psychology, energy medicine, plant medicine, integrated nutrition, strength training, and functional movement, she offers a comprehensive and holistic approach to wellness. Her belief in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit informs her practice as she strives to empower others to achieve balance and vitality in very aspect of their lives. One of her core beliefs is in the transformative power of weight training, particularly as we age. She’s witnessed firsthand how strength training can enhance not only physical fitness but also overall well-being, helping individuals maintain independence and mobility as they navigate the journey of aging.

Lynne Olsen is a NASM certified personal trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a 500-hour yoga instructor with more than 30 years of experience in the fields of movement and wellness. She is an excellent fit for Quail Run, specializing in therapeutic exercises designed to help clients build strength and alleviate painful conditions. Lynne is attentive and encouraging, offering variations to ensure that all clients feel challenged, safe, and successful. Whether your goals include improving bone density, enhancing balance, increasing strength, or simply feeling better, you’ll be well taken care of by Lynne.

Dr. Alyson Yacono
Dr. Alyson Yacono, DPT, PT, Cert DN is Doctor of Physical Therapy in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Alyson can treat a variety of health conditions including musculoskeletal disorders, neurological or age-related balance disorders, and pain disorders. She is a highly skilled manual therapist trained by a massage therapist and can perform several hands-on techniques including myofascial release, visceral manipulation, dry needling, as well as soft tissue, spinal, and joint mobilizations.

Hi. My name is Abeer Evaldson and I have taught indoor cycling at Quail Run for 13 years. I am passionate about creating an upbeat friendly environment for all ability levels, with great music that inspires the participants to improve their fitness levels and cycling ability. My coaching style is supportive, instructive and enthusiastic. Group fitness classes are upbeat, motivational and the energy is contagious! I am a life-long runner and fitness enthusiast and was hooked on indoor cycling after taking my first Spin class 20 years ago. I am certified in indoor cycling by Madd Dog Athletics (the original spinning program) and Schwinn Indoor Cycling. Ride On!

Back for his 2nd year, Jae Hoon is a former professional ballet and modern dancer/teacher, a USAP CR (Certified Referee), a PPA PR (Professional Referee) and a PMA Certified Pilates teacher. A dedicated student of Pickleball, Jae Hoon enjoys working with players of all ages and abilities.

Sabine Schulze-Steele
Sabine received her MA in Cultural Anthropology from Heidelberg University in Germany. She spent two years in India with a research project on healing practices, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service. This led to her studies in alternative healing in the US. Sabine moved from Germany in 1980 and has been a body worker in Santa Fe since 1983. Sabine combines approaches from her training in massage: Structural Integration, Yoga and Mindfulness meditation with her work in Somatic Experiencing trauma treatment. She specializes in stress and pain management and trauma resolution. Sabine is available for Deep Tissue, Cranio-Sacral, Hot Stone and Swedish massages. As a breast cancer survivor, she has offered a combination of her treatment modalities to cancer patients for the past 25 years.

Lindsay has been doing facials, waxing, lash and brow tinting at Quail Run since 2017. She has been licensed to do skin care since 2011 and it is her absolute passion. Her goal is to make her clients feel relaxed and address all their skin care needs. Living in the desert, she expresses the importance of keeping your skin moisturized for a healthy and youthful glow. In her typical facial’s you will receive a luxurious treatment that lasts an hour and includes upper and lower body massage. She is available every Tuesday and looks forward to meeting new faces. A facial once a month does wonders and feels so good. Your skin will thank you too.
