Pam Serna
Pam Serna has been teaching yoga at Quail Run since 2014 and has been the recreation manager since 2016. She is a certified Yoga instructor, ACE personal trainer, and senior fitness specialist. She has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from UNLV. Pam has always been a movement specialist and aware of body mechanics since her early childhood days doing gymnastics. She understands the importance of functional movement so we can age gracefully and pian free. She loves sharing her passion of movement and working in a community that supports a healthy lifestyle. She found that at Quail Run and is inspired every day by everyone she works with. Her goal is to bring in the very best instructors/team and create a great wellness program. When Pam is not working, you will find her hiking, biking, backpacking, walking her dog, or at a yoga festival.

Leticia Lima
Leticia Brasil owned, Studio Freestyle Training in Porto Alegre Brazil, and has 17 years of experience providing professional and friendly attention to her clients. As a result of her teaching experience, Leticia has also developed special training programs with the aim of improving wellness and quality of life for seniors. Leticia earned her degree in Physical Education at Centro Universitário Metodista (Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, 2001), and her post graduate degree in Exercise Physiology from Universidade Veiga de Almeida (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 2004). Leticia has expertise in Functional Training, Cross Training/Fitness, Pilates, Flexibility, Joint Mobility Training, Aquatic Training, Swimming Instruction, and Physical Training and Body Orientation for Seniors.

Hi. My name is Abeer Evaldson and I have taught indoor cycling at Quail Run for 13 years. I am passionate about creating an upbeat friendly environment for all ability levels, with great music that inspires the participants to improve their fitness levels and cycling ability. My coaching style is supportive, instructive and enthusiastic. Group fitness classes are upbeat, motivational and the energy is contagious! I am a life-long runner and fitness enthusiast and was hooked on indoor cycling after taking my first Spin class 20 years ago. I am certified in indoor cycling by Madd Dog Athletics (the original spinning program) and Schwinn Indoor Cycling. Ride On!

Tess Yong
Tess Yong is a body, mind and spirit practitioner and she knows the body as the medium for transformative alchemy and healing of the psyche. Her movement explorations and studies include Korean/Hawaiian/Modern/Ecstatic/Five Rhythms Dance, Yoga, Nia, Pilates, Maritial Arts, Western Style Body Sculpting, Gymnastic, and Inner Energy Movement through Pranayama. Tess is also certified in Korean Bodywork called, “Kyung Rak” which is highly regarded by medical professions in Korea. She worked as a fitness expert in Hawaii and South Korea and she also served as a preventive health counselor for the Hawaiian Medical Service Association. In 2010, Tess relocated to Santa Fe, NM and she graduated with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology; she has been working as a licensed psychotherapist. Sabine Schulze-Steele
Sabine received her MA in Cultural Anthropology from Heidelberg University in Germany. She spent two years in India with a research project on healing practices, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service. This led to her studies in alternative healing in the US. Sabine moved from Germany in 1980 and has been a body worker in Santa Fe since 1983. Sabine combines approaches from her training in massage: Structural Integration, Yoga and Mindfulness meditation with her work in Somatic Experiencing trauma treatment. She specializes in stress and pain management and trauma resolution. Sabine is available for Deep Tissue, Cranio-Sacral, Hot Stone and Swedish massages. As a breast cancer survivor, she has offered a combination of her treatment modalities to cancer patients for the past 25 years.

Deborah Luke-Skol
Received training for massage therapy in New York City at the Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy in 1989. Upon moving to New Mexico she worked at El Gancho Fitness and Swim Club as a massage therapist and director of Massage Therapy. With over 20 years of licensed massage therapy experience in New Mexico, Deborah believes in the health benefits of a good massage. Massage Therapy not only produces a deep state of relaxation for your body and mind, but it can also improve your circulation by increasing oxygenated blood flow through the manipulation of soft tissue. This improves the delivery of oxygen to cells in your body and helps in removing toxins and metabolic waste. Massage also decreases the amount of time it takes to recover from strains and injury. Deborah is trained in Swedish Massage, deep tissue work, and Shiatsu, which she integrates with body mind centering techniques to address each client’s individual needs.

Lindsay has been doing facials, waxing, lash and brow tinting at Quail Run since 2017. She has been licensed to do skin care since 2011 and it is her absolute passion. Her goal is to make her clients feel relaxed and address all their skin care needs. Living in the desert, she expresses the importance of keeping your skin moisturized for a healthy and youthful glow. In her typical facial’s you will receive a luxurious treatment that lasts an hour and includes upper and lower body massage. She is available every Tuesday and looks forward to meeting new faces. A facial once a month does wonders and feels so good. Your skin will thank you too.

Dr. Alyson Yacono
Dr. Alyson Yacono, DPT, PT, Cert DN is Doctor of Physical Therapy in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Alyson can treat a variety of health conditions including musculoskeletal disorders, neurological or age-related balance disorders, and pain disorders. She is a highly skilled manual therapist trained by a massage therapist and can perform several hands-on techniques including myofascial release, visceral manipulation, dry needling, as well as soft tissue, spinal, and joint mobilizations.

Caylee Smith
Caylee has been teaching various styles of yoga since 2015. She genuinely enjoys teaching and helping others feel their best. Caylee's teaching expertise is in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Step, TRX and more. Recently TRX Yoga certified and has been using those training techniques to help Quail Run members with their posture and core strength. Pickleball Instructor
Cindy Lawton
Pickleball enthusiast willing to share her knowledge and skill for the game. She is a professional instructor, tournament referee, high level player, president of Santa Fe Pickleball Club, and was the USAPA ambassador for the city of Santa Fe for years.  She has been a coach for a variety of sports for over 30 years and has worked with many professional athletes during her physical therapy career.   She uses her knowledge of body mechanics and analysis of human motion to mitigate errors in technique and enhance performance on the court.
