TENNIS & PICKLEBALL

Quail Run has two lighted, outdoor tennis courts, four pickleball courts and a USPTA Tennis Pro to help you with your game.

Tennis has become an increasingly popular sport among seniors in the United States thanks to its health and social benefits. It provides a full-body workout that supports cardiovascular health, flexibility, and coordination, while also offering opportunities for social connection through doubles play and friendly competition. The sport is adaptable to all skill levels, allowing players to progress at their own pace. At Quail Run, players enjoy recently renovated courts featuring the ProBounce surface for an excellent playing experience.

Pickleball has also surged in popularity nationwide. Combining elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, the sport is easy to learn, social, and accessible to players of all ages. Its smaller courts and slower pace make it less physically demanding while still competitive and fun. The rapid growth of pickleball—driven by its simplicity, social nature, and expanding court availability—has transformed it from a backyard game into a national phenomenon.
